Dwixl Refund Policy

Dwixl aims for you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from our online store. However, we understand there may be occasions when you need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy below:

Returns Due to Damaged/Defective Product If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and pictures documenting the damage/defect. We will work with you to determine the best solution, whether that is replacing the item or providing a full refund.

Returns Due to Order Error If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order due to an error on our part, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. In such a case, we will issue you a refund for the complete order amount.

General Returns For all other returns, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. We will evaluate the return claim and issue an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if we approve the return. All returns must have an RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition with tags still attached and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable.

Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will process the appropriate refund owed to you. Refunds are generally processed back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an order error on our part.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or completely different item, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. If approved, we will provide you with an RMA number. When you return the original item with the RMA, please let us know what item you would like to exchange for. Once we receive your original return at our warehouse, we will ship out the replacement item to you.
